STORE POLICY

We are sure you will love our J. M. GENERALS products as much as we do. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

We will try our hardest to fill every exchange request. If a product to be exchanged is not available, the amount of purchase will be returned to your card or issued as a store credit.

Please notify us of any exchanges or return of goods you would like to make within 7 days of you receiving the goods via email: shop@jmgenerals.com. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. All returned goods must be in original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging. J. M. GENERALS is not responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods. 

In the case of you receiving an item that is faulty or damaged, J. M. GENERALS will replace the item ordered. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Please check the delivery address and your choice of transit is correct when placing an order and upon receiving your order confirmation. If there is a discrepancy, please notify us immediately at: shop@jmgenerals.com. We are not responsible for the subsequent loss or misplacement of any orders that are delivered to the address provided on the order. J. M. GENERALS will not issue a refund for subsequent loss or misplacement of orders that were confirmed as delivered to the address provided on the order. 

J. M. GENERALS will not refund international duties or taxes, and we are not responsible for shipping charges, damages or losses on exchanges or returned goods. 

New York residents will pay state tax on all purchases at - 8.875%

We do not except returns, or issue refunds on any custom orders. We will issue a store credit to be used with 12 months from time of issue on certain items, on a case by case basis.

We offer free shipping on orders within USA of $45.00 & over using promo code " SHIPFREE " in checkout. Orders shipped using this code will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only and does not apply to other USPS, FEDEX or UPS shipping options.

International orders of $250 & over using promo code " SHIPFREEINTL " via USPS International Priority Mail only.
