Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and are usually fulfilled within 2 business days from the time of purchase. Made to order - please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will notify you via email as they are ready. 

U.S. SHIPPING

J. M. GENERALS primarily uses USPS or UPS for all U.S. Shipping. We offer free shipping all orders of $45 dollars and over in with the continental USA via Priority Mail.

*The USPS Priority Mail option will be auto applied during checkout after you’ve added the shipping address. If for some reason your browser windows does not auto apply this option, chose the USPS Priority Mail option from the shipping options available and the free shipping will be applied.

Faster UPS and Fedex services are available. Please chooses these options in check out. Note: we do not offer free shipping services from these carriers.

We cannot accept PO Boxes for delivery.

Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order, we are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses and we are unable to reroute packages.

In the cases where you receiving an item that is faulty and damaged in shipping please notify us ASAP via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over $350 via USPS Priority International Shipping.

TRACKING

You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure you will love our J. M. GENERALS products as much as we do. However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges or a store credit within 14 days of you receiving your purchase.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Please send us an email at shop@jmgenerals.com and let us know the reason for your return or if you have any questions. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

At this time we do not offer refunds on our made to order products.

All sales items are final sale. 

We will try our hardest to fill every exchange request. If a product to be exchanged is not available, the amount of purchase will be returned to your card or issued as a store credit.

J. M. GENERALS will not refund international duties or taxes, and we are not responsible for shipping charges, damages or losses on exchanges or returned goods. 

We do not except returns, or issue refunds on any custom orders. We will issue a store credit to be used with 3 months from time of issue on certain items, on a case by case basis. Please email us within 2 days of receiving your custom order.

Store credit on returns are valid for 6 months from date of receipt.
